Webinar & Event Speakers

If you register for our webinars or virtual events and provide consent during registration, we may share your contact information with third-party presenters and speakers. These third parties are independent data controllers and will handle your information according to their own privacy policies. You may withdraw consent at any time before the information is shared by contacting us at compliancerequests@fenmo.ai. If information has already been shared, you will need to contact the third party directly to request deletion.

5. Third-Party Advertising & Analytics

We work with third-party advertising and analytics companies who help us understand how users interact with the Site and measure the effectiveness of our communications. 10. Google API Disclaimer

This Site does not connect with Google Workspace APIs. To the extent that Fenmo AI's products leverage Google Workspace APIs, such APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and post a prominent notice on the Site. We may also notify you by email.
