Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Trotbee Private Limited, doing business as Fenmo AI ("Fenmo AI," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit fenmo.ai or any other website, feature, or service we offer that links to this policy (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

1. Data We Collect

We may collect personal data directly from you, automatically when you visit the Site, and occasionally from third-party sources. Some of this information may qualify as "personal data" or "sensitive personal data" under applicable laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

We consider information that identifies you as a specific individual — such as your name, phone number, and email address — to be personal data. We also treat IP addresses and cookie identifiers as personal data where required by applicable law. We may de-identify personal data so that it no longer identifies you and will maintain de-identified data without attempting to re-identify it except where permitted by law.

Data You Provide

When you express interest in becoming a client, register for an event, or otherwise interact with the Site, we may ask you to provide:

  • Identifiers — name, postal address, phone number, email address
  • Business information — job title, employer, business contact details
  • Account information — username, password
  • Testimonial & preference information — your testimonial, name, image or video, content preferences

Data We Collect Automatically

When you access or interact with the Site, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect usage information, including your hardware model, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, search terms, areas of the Site you visit, time zone, approximate (non-precise) location, IP address, device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Data from Third-Party Sources

We may receive information about you from business partners, data providers, publicly available sources (such as social media pages), or from the company with which you are employed. If you are on another website and agree to receive information from us, that site may forward your information to us so that we may contact you.

Referrals

You may provide a colleague's name or contact information through the Site to facilitate a referral or share product information. We use the referred person's information only to facilitate the communication and will not use it for other marketing purposes unless we obtain that person's consent. If you share another person's personal data with us, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. Tracking Technologies

We use the following technologies to collect usage information:

Cookies & Log Files

Cookies are small data files placed on your device. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until deleted) to analyze trends, remember your preferences, administer the Site, and personalize your experience. You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner on our Site or through your browser's privacy settings. Please note that if you delete all cookies, your cookie preferences will also be reset.

Web Beacons

Small graphic images (also known as "clear GIFs" or "pixel tags") may be included in our web pages and emails to count visitors and monitor how users navigate the Site.

Embedded Scripts

Programming code that collects information about your interactions with the Site, such as which links you click. The code is active only while you are connected to the Site and is deactivated or deleted when you disconnect.

Live Chat

If you use our chat feature, we may record and retain the information you provide and the communications within the chat to assist you, improve our products and services, and respond to your inquiries. If you do not consent to this, please do not use chat assistance.

Session Recording

We may capture session interactions with the Site's user interface for website analytics purposes, solely for internal business use and to improve the Site and our products and services.

Webinar & Event Speakers

If you register for our webinars or virtual events and provide consent during registration, we may share your contact information with third-party presenters and speakers. These third parties are independent data controllers and will handle your information according to their own privacy policies. You may withdraw consent at any time before the information is shared by contacting us at compliancerequests@fenmo.ai. If information has already been shared, you will need to contact the third party directly to request deletion.

5. Third-Party Advertising & Analytics

We work with third-party advertising and analytics companies who help us understand how users interact with the Site and measure the effectiveness of our communications. These third parties may set and access their own tracking technologies on your device and may collect information about your activity on the Site and other websites over time.

You have several options to manage third-party tracking:

  • Cookie preferences — Use the cookie banner on our Site to manage which categories of cookies are active (strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled).
  • Do Not Track — You can enable a Do Not Track (DNT) signal in your browser settings, which sends a request to websites and analytics services to stop tracking your activity.
  • Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to analyze Site usage. You can learn more about Google's practices and opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Opt-out choices are specific to each browser and device. If you clear your cookies or use a different device, you will need to opt out again on each.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal exceptions
  • Withdrawal of consent — Where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time
  • Grievance redressal — Lodge a complaint with us or with a relevant supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at compliancerequests@fenmo.ai. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Marketing Communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us. Please note that we may continue to send you transactional or account-related messages even after you opt out of marketing communications.

We obtain consent before posting customer testimonials that contain personal data on our Site. If you wish to request the removal of your testimonial, contact us at compliancerequests@fenmo.ai.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We implement commercially reasonable physical, procedural, and electronic safeguards to protect your personal data both during transmission and in storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Google API Disclaimer

This Site does not connect with Google Workspace APIs. To the extent that Fenmo AI's products leverage Google Workspace APIs, such APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and post a prominent notice on the Site. We may also notify you by email.
